Please note that our rental applications will have an Applicant and Co-Applicant if applicable. A Co-Applicant is considered to be a Spouse, Significant Other, Friend, Family Member, Roommate, or any other individual 18 years of age or older planning to reside at the residence with the Applicant. 

If your application is considered qualified, then we will contact you about the property of interest or general interest in available properties. A qualified application does NOT guarantee tenancy in a rental home and only means that you have met the specific qualifications to be considered a tenant based off of the reference checks, background checks, and financial means to afford tenancy at the location.

There is a one time non-refundable fee per application of $30. This fee is for the background check process to begin.

All qualified applications submitted will be held for one year after the submission date. Any application over one year past the submission date will need to submit another application. It is not required to submit multiple applications for multiple available properties. If your application is considered qualified, we will contact you as properties become available.

Please note, that even if there is not a Co-Applicant on the application, there are certain required sections in the Co-Applicant area that will need to be filled out. You should also receive an email message after successful submission.
